Single line parallel systems are suitable for machine which are having small and medium line length. This system can be operated with almost all lubricants.
For any application, the working principle of single line parallel lubrication system remains the same. A centralized pump station delivers lubricant through a single supply line to the lubricant metering device to dispense the metered volume of lubricant to the lubrication points. This system works automatically based on the machine operation status. Each outlet of metering device serves only one lubrication point and may be adjusted to deliver the amount of grease or oil required at a very precise level. To achieve a larger output, combination of outlets are also possible.
Systems is scalable to cater one machine, many areas in one machine or multiple machines.
